for internal applications
The
EAN system provides other number series for internal applications
(stores, hospitals,...).
Those
numbers will have a prefix, determined by EAN, followed by an Internal
Number, chosen by
the
company concerned. The uniqueness of those specific numbers is only
guaranteed within that company.
